~ The $80 Creative Fee is due prior to your session. This fee reserves your date and time. It also covers the photographer’s time and talent as well as the retouching of 20-35 images.
~ A travel fee of $20 may be added to the Creative Fee for sessions greater than 25 miles from my home.
~ Your Creative Fee is nonrefundable. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or email at least 24 hours before your session. Your pre-paid session is good for 6 months after you originally scheduled it.
~ Your proofs will be uploaded to a private URL. Only the client(s) and the photographer will have the link/password. However, the client is free to share the link with whomever they wish. Your gallery will remain online for approximately 14 days.
~ Due to the custom nature of the products offered, all sales are final.
~Prices are subject to change at any time. However, prices are guaranteed within 30 days of the completion of your proofing gallery.
~ I am happy to meet you somewhere to deliver products or the client may pick them up. I will ship them at the client’s expense.
~It is against the law to copy, scan, download, print, email, or reproduce these images in any way without written permission.
